Haemoband Surgical specialises in the development and supply of band ligation and endoscopic products. Our primary device is the Haemoband Plus device, the first multi-action, pre-loaded disposable ligator for the treatment of haemorrhoids. The original Haemoband was developed in 2005 by Consultant Surgeon and company Medical Director, Essam Ghareeb. Together with Executive Director Colin Foster, it was soon introduced to the market. Since then, Haemoband Surgical Ltd has developed a global marketplace for the Haemoband product through a growing customer and distributor network. In 2015 the enhanced Haemoband Plus instrument was launched.
