This UV disinfector is designed to disinfect the medical instruments and materials conveniently and economically using the ultraviolet rays of the most effective germicidal wave length of 253.7 nm and dry heat of 120?. Almost no change is remained after irradiation to the materials differently from the disinfection method such as the chemicals and dry heating, and provide the advantages of low cost and convenience for disinfection.
? This UV disinfector have automatic temperature control function, time setting function and the function of selecting disinfection methods out of heater, germicidal lamp, and both. It is easy and safe to use.
? 3 kinds of the mixed cycle of dry-heat and UV and a UV disinfection cycle are embedded in the disinfector, therefore the user can select a proper cycle easily according to the items to be disinfected. Moreover the parameters of basic cycles can be changed at user's pleasure for handling a special disinfection requirement.
? All the processes of a cycle progress automatically by the controls equipped with a microprocessor, and the user can check the state of cycle progressing including the actual chamber temperature and the remaining time of cycle etc. in real time on the LED
panel digitally.
? The chamber is made of aluminum whose ultraviolet reflectance is much higher than that of stainless steel, so that the ultraviolet wavelength from the germicidal lamp is effectively brought into contact with the disinfecting object, thereby improving the disinfection power.
? If the medical devices and materials sterilized by the steam, dry heat or EO gas need to be stored for a period of time, they may be recontaminated. In this case, if they are stored in this UV disinfector until use, it is possible to prevent them from being
recontaminated.
