Gopal (a mechanical engineer) who had profound experience in the Mechanical Engineering field. The company was established to cater to the needs of the engineering industry and started by promoting quality control testing machines and accessories. In the year 1999 Mr. S. S. Patwardhan (a mechanical engineer) joined Shree Associates as a partner, who had wide experience in the machine tool line. In the year 2005 June Mr. Gopal who was the founder retired from Shree Associates and Mr. S. S. Patwardhan took over the company as a Proprietor.
